MEARS METAL PRODUCTS SPONSORS THE 31st ANNUAL
MICHIGAN BUGGY BUILDERS EVENT

We are very happy to report that Jeff Wilson’s Michgian-based Mears Metal Products will once again be the lead sponsor of the Buggy Builders Show.

Mears Metal Products (MMP) has been building VWs and off-road cars since the early 1980s, and this they have opened a second location to better serve their customers. The new shop is next to the BP gas station on Polk Road, conveniently located on your way to the Silver Lake Dunes, only 1 mile west of US 31.

This second location on Polk Road specializes in new parts for all types of vehicles, as well as repairs, and they still have the original location on Fox Road where they build sand cars, race cars and do custom fabrication.

Be sure to stop by their booth at the show to see examples of their fabrication work and the cars they’ve built. They are also offering show special with low pricing, and they even have hard-to-find original and NOS parts for your VW restoration project.
